Eyes and tails when they pertain to cats can tell you a great deal about the animal’s state of being. Having co-existed with cats myself I can speak from experience when I say, “you never own a cat”. A puffing up of the fur and the tail as well as a widening of the eyes indicate when a cat is angry it wags its tail back and forth usually in jerky movements. The eyes and tails of cats interest me aesthetically as well as practically. Cat’s eyes are as far as I’m concerned very beautiful to look at. It is said that the eyes are the key to the soul of most animals human beings included. Feline eyes are very mysterious an entity in their own right, not only is the colour striking but also the glass like quality they exude. The combination of the glassy eyes and the softness of the furry tails I find to be an interesting textural combination. Metaphorically speaking they illustrate the soft and hard sides of us all.
