As the largest member of the Deer family, Moose are extremely stealthy. Weighing in often times at over a thousand pounds yet they can travel through the woods scarcely making a sound. There is a parallel here between how we carry ourselves through our daily lives.

The person who quietly takes care of life's daily challenges without making mountains out of mole hills, shares the quiet strength that the Moose metaphorically illustrates. Leadership comes with knowledge of ones surroundings. We are all specialists as we only know what we experience. Wider experience produces stronger more adaptable leaders. In the case of the Moose this comes mainly from it's physical size and power. Our potency as individuals is directly effected by how open we are to change.
