It had been a perfect fall day my Wife Lani
by my side, walking through crumbling leaves symbolic of the day about to
come to a close. High Park had a certain way of making you forget that you
were in the midst of one of the largest cities in North America. Toronto Canada
with all it's hustle and bustle has managed to maintain fairly large pockets
of natural fauna.
High Park with all it's beauty still could not erase from my mind the fact
that the following day was Monday, another day of separation from the one
I Loved. Oh how I'd wished I could freeze that space in time.
Just as the sun set it dawned on me how I could! With paint canvas and brush.
After several months at my easel I feel “Everevening” captures
that perfect day. I love my work and it gives me the privileged opportunity
to express the emotions I've experienced throughout my life. “Everevening”
illustrates the fact that nothing replaces any given moment, but it can serve
to joggle ones memory.
